About the Role
The Fire Sprinkler Inspector is responsible for performing inspections, testing, and documentation of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with applicable NFPA standards, local codes, and customer requirements. This position ensures systems are functioning properly and identifies deficiencies that may require repair or corrective action.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems.
Inspect wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems.
Conduct inspections in accordance with NFPA 25 and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or repairs.
Complete inspection reports accurately and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
Communicate inspection findings professionally with customers and office personnel.
Maintain inspection tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Coordinate with service technicians and scheduling personnel as needed.
Respond to customer questions regarding system operation and code compliance.
Requirements

Level 2 NICET in Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems
State Approved License
